How Do I get a job at Brave St. Productions?

How do I get an internship?

Follow the same procedure as the job application, but make sure to state in the Title of the email that you are interested in an internship position. Brave St. requires that an internship must be done for college credit.

How do I pitch an idea for a show?

Jobs with Brave St. Productions:
Show Producers: Must have experience producing, writing and directing Television series. Reality-based programming experience a plus.

Associate Producers: Must have strong research and booking skills, field production and writing skills are a plus.

Video Journalist: Producer/DV shooters who know how to tell a story through the lens of a camera are always in demand.

Production Manager: Must be highly skilled with production budgets, projections and actuals, as well as booking crews and scheduling shoots.

Production Coordinator: Research skills, booking crews and managing PA's & interns experience a must.

Avid Editors: Must know how to tell a story and have experience in reality television. Day and evening positions available.

Production Assistant: Entry Level position seeking a hard working, self-starter to assist the production team with anything and everything. Must be reliable, have flexible hours, and a driver's license.

Internships with Brave St. Productions:
Production Associate: Duties and responsibilities: Media logging, script organization, transcribing, general office duties, and assisting the production department in the production of all television series and specials.

Qualifications: Extensive computer skills, interest in all types of television and eagerness to learn.

Field Technical Crew: Duties and responsibilities: Assisting field production, lighting, camera, audio needs, producer support, and general crew requests. Field interns will also perform general office duties at times.

Qualifications: Television production skills, field and/or studio, and an eagerness to learn all facets of television production.

Post Production Assistant: Duties and responsibilities: Media logging, learning the tape library, assisting editors, preparing music cues, and assisting the post production department. Post interns will also perform general office duties at times.

Qualifications: Interests in all aspects of post production, extensive computer knowledge, Mac and PC, as well as an eagerness to learn and work hard.
